Payment Policy

Credit card details are required for all bookings.
A deposit of 1 nights accommodation will be required as confirmation of your booking this will be charged up to 7 days
before your arrival.
Remaining full payment on arrival.
If paying by credit card - a + 2% surcharge fee will apply on all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

You have up until 7 days before arrival to make alterations to your booking.
If you cancel your confirmed booking within the 7 days - a 1 nights accommodation fee will be charged on all rooms booked.
No refund will be given if guests leave early or alter there confirmed booking before there confirmed departure date.

Child Policy

We are a family friendly holiday park, children are most welcome.
Child rates are for under 12 years

Pet Policy

We welcome 1-2 Pets in standard or ensuite cabin per night @$10 per night. Max 2 per cabin.
No pets on furniture & you must collect all dog manure or additional cleaning fees will apply. Dogs on leads at all times in the park.
