Terms & Conditions of Reservations

Payment

Credit card details are required for all bookings. A deposit of 1 nights accommodation will be required as confirmation of your booking this will be charged up to 21 days before your arrival. Remaining full payment on arrival. If paying by credit card - a + 2.5% surcharge fee will apply on all bookings.

Cancellation

You have up until 7 days before arrival to make alterations to your booking. If you cancel your confirmed booking within the 7 days or are a No Show on the night of your arrival - a 1 nights accommodation fee will be charged on all rooms booked. No refund will be given if guests leave early or alter there confirmed booking before there confirmed departure date.

Child

We are a family friendly holiday park, children are most welcome. Child rates are for under 12 years. Infant rates are for under 1 year of age.

Check In

Check-In is from 2.30pm

Privacy

VISITORS: Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, that require specialist cleaning or repair will be charged to the registered guest. Visitors must depart the property by 9pm. Westport Kiwi Holiday Park & Motels has a strict no party policy.

Pet Policy

NO DOGS are allowed in our Motel units !!
Pets by arrangement - charges apply( $10.00 per night in rooms).
Pets are to be kept on a lead at all times while here and kept under control.Please pick up all doggy doo's.
Pets are not to be left alone.
